Within a marriage, there are always two different perspectives. With that in mind, we are excited to share a unique version of Love Worth Fighting For, featuring both Kirk and Chelsea Cameron. Married for 23 years with six children, they will provide teaching and advice that is applicable to both spouses. They’ll not only discuss the husband/wife relationship but also family and children issues and how they can impact a marriage. This event is designed for everyone, no matter the status of your marriage – whether you are in a strong, healthy marriage, you’re looking for a fun date night, or you’re in a struggling marriage and you are fighting to hold it together. Join us for this special night with Kirk and Chelsea along with music by Warren Barfield – together we’ll all fight for marriage.

About Kirk and Chelsea Cameron

Kirk is best known for his memorable role of “Mike Seaver”, a cultural icon of the 80’s, with his mullet hairstyle, cool glasses, and wisecracking comebacks. More recently he enjoyed much success with the #1 grossing inspirational film of 2008, Fireproof, and his recent documentary, Monumental. His company, CAMfam Studios, has released his latest film, Unstoppable. His speaking tour, Love Worth Fighting For, is a marriage event held in churches and has been hosted in over 150 cities. Kirk and his wife, Chelsea, were on-screen sweethearts during Growing Pains years and are the founders of Camp Firefly, where terminally and seriously ill children and their families are provided an all-expense paid retreat (www.CampFirefly.com). Together, Kirk and Chelsea live in California with their six children.

About Warren Barfield

North Carolina-born singer/songwriter Warren Barfield is on a mission to make the truly important things important again in his life. Things like faith, love, marriage, children, truth, and with his songs, he challenges us all to do the same. Martin Luther King Jr. said, “If a man hasn’t discovered something that he will die for, he isn’t fit to live.” Warren has found those things in his faith, his wife, and his belief in love. “These are the things I would die for; things I will wake up every morning andspend my day fighting for.”

Since 2009, Love Worth Fighting For has made stops in over 150 cities across the United States. More events are coming in 2015.
